I ordered a hat on the 30th November 2020, its is not 3rd February 2021 and my item still hasn't arrived.
It has been sat in a Warehouse in Tamworth since 6th of January 2021.
The service has been poor with poor response time. Also, when I do get a response, I am not provided with a new delivery date, just told its been sorted. Then several days go by, and the item still has not moved in the warehouse.
Shame because I have heard great things about their products, but have not been able to experience it. I'll stick to other great brands that deliver on time in future, like Rab, Berghaus, Columbia!!
My order number is 4524899. I updated you with my address on the 21st January, and I still haven't recieved my item.

The items match the description given and the Vibram sole is a dream
It is a great jacket the outer shell Beta Light, but it was only years later that I read you need to wash and reproof it every one or two months depending on use, otherwise the glues disintegrate and bubbles can appear between the layers. You need to be clearer to us that this is what you mean by regular washing. Other jackets I really don't wash or need to wash more than twice a year. I loved the jacket though. Sticking with the Beta in a more red-orange, but now an AR.
They make great products and have good customer service.
Arc'teryx is an amazing company - well-designed products, incredible warranty and excellent customer service. I love wearing their clothes and shoes and will be a loyal customer for life!
Great fit and style. Love how I can get serious in the mountains or on an outdoor pursuit but it's still clean and stylish enough to wear around the city and for work travel. Keep it up!!

Arc’teryx has great products, great customer service and a great warranty.
Your website does not:
1> Show sold out items on the top level, you have to drill in to find out its sold out. How about have a hover over window on items? Or greying out items that are sold out.
2> It does not remember the "intended use" and other filters after you drill in to the item and then hit the back button on the browser. You have to select the filter again.
3> Your models are creepy looking
4> The website is slow and laggy.
5> You are sold out of everything...
The short inseam only comes in black and im disappoint about that, I had my mind set on a blue color, but the inseam didnt come in short. my height is 5'7" imagine me with a tall inseam, I'll look rediculous and your product would not look so good on me. I think I made my point.

Very very poor. Please do yourself a favour and avoid this company.
I have been waiting for upwards of 3weeks for my refund to be processed and sent back into my account despite the company having received the returned jacket back 18 days ago. Poor communication. Jacket returned as totally a different colour from site. So disappointed and dissatisfied.
